Evaluation of the existing 500,000 gallon concrete reservoir as part of the Parking Lot Expansion project at the SCWD headquarters in Laguna Beach, CA. The evaluation included seismic loads, new imposed traffic loading and modifications to the embankment and the associated hydro-dynamic loads.
